The idea for Manalok arrived in stillness, in the thin air of the mountains. These guided sessions try to carry a little of that back — simple breath and meditation you can settle into from anywhere, no experience needed. Two live classes a week, gently paced, with room for beginners, seniors, and anyone carrying a heavy week.
