Questions, answered honestly

Frequently asked

If your question isn't here, message Mridula on WhatsApp — she'd rather answer plainly than have you wonder.

What if I don't know my exact birth time?

That's common, and it's exactly what Mridula specialises in. Through birth-time rectification, she works backward from the real events of your life to recover your true time. If you have no time at all, a reading can still begin from a midday approximation — but a rectified chart is far more precise, and worth doing if accuracy matters to you.

How is a reading here different from other astrologers?

Two ways. First, accuracy: every chart begins from your corrected birth time, not a rounded guess — the ascendant shifts a full degree every four minutes, so this changes everything. Second, honesty: Mridula won't flatter you or sell fear. You'll hear what's true, told plainly, with remedies you can actually use. More on the approach →

Is this religious? Do I need to believe in anything?

No belief is required. Vedic astrology is a system of timing and self-understanding with deep roots in Indian tradition, but a reading is for reflection and clarity, not conversion. People of every background and faith are welcome.

What happens in a consultation?

You book a time, share your birth details, and meet Mridula online for an unhurried conversation about your chart — what it shows about your nature, your timing, and the questions on your mind. You're free to ask about anything: work, relationships, a decision you're weighing. Where a remedy genuinely helps, she'll suggest one; never as pressure.

What's the difference between a reading, timings, and rectification?

A reading interprets your whole chart. Timings (Muhurta) chooses the most favourable moment for a specific beginning — a marriage, a launch, a move. Rectification is the groundwork that finds your true birth time so the other two are accurate. Many people start with rectification, then a full reading.

Can you really help with yoga, Vastu and astrology — isn't that a lot?

They're one tradition, not three hobbies. Mridula trained formally at The Yoga Institute in Mumbai and through Sadhanapada, and grew up where this knowledge is lived. Astrology reads your time, yoga tends your body and mind, and Vastu balances the space you live in — different doors into the same practice. About Mridula →

Do the yoga and meditation classes suit beginners?

Yes. Classes are live and welcoming, paced so a complete beginner can settle in. Prenatal students are warmly welcome too — with your doctor's clearance first.

How do the pilgrimage yatras work?

Each yatra is a small group — eight to twelve guests, never a coachload — with two leaders travelling with you the whole way from Ireland. Prices are land-only and shown per guest, and every journey runs on enquiry so Mridula can plan it around the group. See the journeys →

How do I pay, and is my information kept private?

Readings and classes are paid securely online when you book. Your birth details and anything you share are kept private and used only for your reading — never sold or shared.

What are your prices?

Readings from €75, timings from €90, rectification from €75, yoga or meditation €50/month, Vastu from €175. Indian pricing is shown separately on the booking page. See full pricing →
