Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of manalok.com (the "Site") and any reading, class, consultation, course, pilgrimage, membership, digital product or physical product we provide (together, the "Services"). By using the Site, booking a Service or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

The Site and the Services are operated by Protosonic OÜ, a company registered in Estonia (registration number 16344167), trading as "Manalok" ("we", "us", "our"). Protosonic OÜ is not currently registered for VAT, so VAT is not charged on our prices. If this changes, prices and invoices will reflect VAT as required.

2. What we offer

Depending on what you choose, the Services may include: astrology readings and birth-time rectification; Muhurta (timing) consultations; Hatha yoga and meditation classes and memberships; Vastu consultations and reports; pilgrimage journeys ("yatras"); online courses and digital downloads (such as audio or PDF guides); and hand-finished physical objects such as malas, incense, cushions and Meru/Vastu yantras.

Descriptions, images and prices on the Site are provided in good faith. Handmade objects are individually made and may vary slightly from photographs. We may change or withdraw any part of the Services at any time.

3. Our Services are for reflection — not professional advice

This section is important. Our readings, classes, consultations and content are offered for wellbeing, reflection, cultural and spiritual interest. They are not, and must not be relied upon as, a substitute for professional advice. In particular:

• Nothing we provide is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional about your health. Yoga and meditation are general wellbeing practices; take part within your own limits, and seek your doctor's clearance where relevant (for example if you are pregnant, recovering from injury, or have a medical condition).
• Nothing we provide is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Decisions about money, contracts, property or law are yours alone; consult a suitably qualified professional.
• Nothing we provide is psychological or psychiatric advice or therapy. If you are struggling, please speak to a qualified professional or a local support service.
• Astrology and Vastu are interpretive traditions. We make no promise that any prediction, timing or suggestion will produce a particular result, and no specific outcome is guaranteed. Any objects we make (such as yantras) are offered as traditional items for focus and intention as part of a practice — they are not health products and are never sold as cures.

You confirm you are at least 18 years old and are making your own free decisions about whether and how to use the Services.

4. Booking, orders and confirmation

When you book a consultation or class, or place an order for goods, you are making an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your booking or order (for example by email or on-screen confirmation). For consultations you will be asked to choose a time and to share certain details (such as birth date, time and place) needed to prepare your chart. It is your responsibility to give accurate details; the quality of a reading depends on them.

Some appointments are scheduled through a third-party booking tool. Some readings, timings, Vastu and made-to-order items may be arranged by enquiry and confirmed individually.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown on the Site and may be displayed in different currencies depending on your region. Prices may change, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed. Physical goods are paid for at checkout by card through our payment provider (Stripe); their processing is subject to the provider's own terms, and we do not store your full card details. Consultations, classes and memberships may be paid through a booking/payment link or by invoice and bank transfer, as indicated at the time.

Memberships (such as yoga or meditation) are recurring subscriptions billed each period until cancelled. You can cancel as described in our Refunds & Cancellations policy.

6. The astrologer circle (marketplace)

The Site may list other independent astrologers ("circle members"). Where it does, we act only as an introduction: any reading you book with a circle member is a contract between you and that astrologer directly, who sets their own fees and takes their own payment. We are not a party to that contract, we do not take a commission on it, and we do not process or hold those payments. We curate the circle in good faith but are not responsible for an individual member's services.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — text, images, designs, logos, course materials, recordings and the "Manalok" name — belongs to Protosonic OÜ or its licensors and is protected by law. Personal, non-commercial use is welcome. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, record or republish our content, classes or materials without our written permission.

8. Acceptable use

Please use the Site and Services lawfully and respectfully. Do not misuse the Site, attempt to disrupt it, infringe others' rights, or use the Services to harass anyone. We may decline or end a Service, or remove access, where conduct is abusive, unlawful, or incompatible with a safe and respectful practice.

9. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (such as for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud). Subject to that, and because the Services are provided for reflection and wellbeing as set out in section 3, we are not liable for decisions you make in reliance on a reading, timing, or suggestion, nor for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for any claim relating to a Service is limited to the amount you paid for that Service. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

10. Changes, governing law and contact

We may update these Terms from time to time; the version on the Site at the time of your booking or order applies.
