Shipping & Fulfilment
How and when you receive what you've ordered depends on whether it's a physical item, a digital product, or a live Service. Here's what to expect.
1. Three kinds of delivery
- Physical goods (malas, incense, cushions, hand-finished yantras) are posted to your address.
- Digital products (audio, PDF guides, courses) are delivered electronically — no postage.
- Live Services (readings, timings, Vastu, classes) are delivered online at the time you book.
2. Where we ship
We post physical goods from Ireland to [[SHIPPING REGIONS — e.g. Ireland, the UK, the EU, and selected international destinations; this should match the countries enabled at checkout]]. If your country isn't available at checkout, contact us and we'll see what's possible.
3. Dispatch and delivery times
Most in-stock items are dispatched within [[e.g. 2–4 working days]]. Hand-finished and made-to-order pieces take longer to create — typically [[e.g. 1–3 weeks]] — and we'll give you a timeframe when you order. Estimated delivery after dispatch is roughly: Ireland [[1–3 days]], UK/EU [[3–7 days]], rest of world [[7–21 days]]. These are estimates, not guarantees, and can vary with the postal service and customs.
4. Shipping costs, duties and taxes
Shipping is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay €6 [keep in step with checkout settings]. For destinations outside the EU, import duties, customs charges or local taxes may apply on arrival and are the responsibility of the recipient; we can't predict or control these. Title and risk in goods pass to you on delivery.
5. Digital delivery
Digital products are made available by download link or account access immediately after payment (and at the latest within [[e.g. 24 hours]]). If a link doesn't arrive, check your spam folder and then contact us. Please note the refund position for digital items in our Refunds & Cancellations policy.
6. Readings, consultations and classes
These are delivered online (for example by video call or live stream) at the time you book. You'll receive joining details by email. Where a reading includes a written summary or recording, we'll send it within [[e.g. a few days]] of the session. Please make sure your contact details are correct when booking.
7. If something goes wrong in transit
